The Brit Spot is reshaping how Gen Z in the UK consumes media. We reach millions every month through social-first content on Instagram and TikTok, sharing news and entertainment that actually resonates with young adult Brits.

We now reach around a third of all Gen Z adults in the UK each month, and we’re only just getting started.

The Role

We’re hiring our first full-time Partnerships Manager to help us scale our commercial efforts. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with the founder to drive the next phase of growth.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing brand partnerships across The Brit Spot’s channels. That means outreach, pitching, meetings, proposals, and closing deals, all with a sharp eye for what feels native to Gen Z content.

We’ve already partnered with brands like White Claw, Amazon Music, and B&M, delivering campaigns that genuinely connect with our audience. But we’ve only scratched the surface.
