The Role
We’re hiring our first full-time Partnerships Manager to help us scale our commercial efforts. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with the founder to drive the next phase of growth.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing brand partnerships across The Brit Spot’s channels. That means outreach, pitching, meetings, proposals, and closing deals, all with a sharp eye for what feels native to Gen Z content.

We’ve already partnered with brands like White Claw, Amazon Music, and B&M, delivering campaigns that genuinely connect with our audience. But we’ve only scratched the surface.
What you'll be doing
- Lead outreach to brand-side contacts and secure meetings with marketing decision-makers
- Own the full sales pipeline, from initial contact through to closing and sign off
- Develop creative proposals that align with The Brit Spot’s editorial tone and social formats
- Run meetings and clearly communicate the value of partnering with us
- Manage ongoing relationships with clients and agency contacts
- Collaborate with the founder on commercial strategy
- Creating new business and repeat business opportunities
- Stay plugged into Gen Z trends and spot proactive opportunities for brand collabs
This is the right role for you if:
- You have solid experience in media sales, influencer marketing or branded content, likely between 4 and 7 years
- You’re proactive and know how to reach decision makers, even without a formal brief
- You can navigate brand teams and agency structures to get deals done
- You understand which brands genuinely resonate with Gen Z and why
- You’re able to develop creative brand-led content ideas that feel native to social, and pitch them clearly
- You’re commercially minded but editorially aware, you get that branded content needs to feel natural, not forced
- You’re confident starting conversations from scratch, keeping momentum and closing deals
- You’re excited to help build something from the ground up and shape how we grow commercially
- Bonus if you have strong relationships with brand-side marketers at relevant consumer brands
