The Sales Performance department operates under the direct leadership of the Commercial Performance Director and works closely with the Sales Leadership and the Management Team. Our core focus is to drive sales growth through strategic commission adjustments, sales promotions & incentives initiatives, and analysis of sales performance to support data-driven decision-making. Together, we work with the sales team to achieve our ambitious double-digit growth targets year over year. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design, development, and maintenance of impactful Power BI dashboards to provide transparency on key sales KPIs and coach the sales organization on how to best use the insights to improve daily sales activity & results.
