ALL ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Sales Progressor at Karl Tatler Estate Agents you will be the key liaison between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents, ensuring that property sales move smoothly from offer to completion. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of transactions, resolving issues, and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the sales progression pipeline across all 8 branches, ensuring timely and efficient movement from offer to completion.

• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams, maintaining high levels of customer service and transparency.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could delay or jeopardise transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sales.
• Work closely with branch teams to ensure alignment and support.

ALL ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in sales progression or conveyancing within an estate agency or legal environment.
• Strong understanding of the property sales process and UK conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Please note this position is working on a Monday - Friday shift pattern with no weekend working.
