Sales Progressor/Paralegal.
This is a full-time,
12 month Fixed Term contract
position based in
Manchester.
The salary ranges from
£30,000 - £35,000. Let's talk about the role. It involves: Proactively progress a pipeline of property sales to exchange and completion Liaise with solicitors, clients, agents, and third parties to facilitate transactions Interpret and advise on leasehold matters and building safety documentation Identify and resolve issues that may delay progression Keep all parties updated on progress and required actions Support the wider sales progression team with legal and compliance knowledge Assist with documentation and due diligence check We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as: Previous experience as a Paralegal within a conveyancing or property law setting Strong knowledge of the leasehold sales process and the Building Safety Act Excellent communication and organisational skills Proactive, solutions-focused mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail Based locally or able to reliably commute to our Southern Gateway Manchester City Centre office At Thornley Groves, we believe in taking care of our people.
