Main purpose of role: Handling the progression of sales from offer agreed to completion by monitoring timescales, ensuring smooth communication and a quick resolution of issues. Location: Various locations - London Salary: £28,000-£40,000 depending on experience Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm Key Responsibilities: Look after 60 80 units Oversee sales from offer to completion by monitoring timescales Maintain a 80% conversion rate Keep fall through rate below 20% Gain feedback from the buyer and regularly update our client, the seller Chase all customer experience forms to ensure we achieve min 70% return rate Customer service rating for office achieving minimum rating 90 Deliver a Nothing is too much trouble service to generate new and repeat business Report weekly and monthly figures accurately Maintain strong working relationships with local solicitors and third parties
