Sales Progressor – Manchester - Up to £25,000 DOE + comms

A market leading Manchester based Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor/Conveyancing Assistant to join their award-winning team.

What you will be doing

  • Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties target which our current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably
  • Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents
  • Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange
  • Upsell some of our recommended financial services/solicitors and get paid generously for these
  • Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, keep clients constantly and fully updated with the progress
  • Organising your own daily workflow – we commit to getting our files to exchange as quickly as possible so it’s important keep your plates spinning!
  • Dealing with sales all over the country and in Scotland


What you will have

  • Sound knowledge and experience being a Conveyancing Assistant / Sales Progressor
  • A real passion for the property industry
  • Negotiation and Objection Handling skills are desirable
  • Proactive approach required
