Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Retention Executive located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The role is currently 2 or 3 days a week working from our Manchester based office.

The Sales Retention Executive will be responsible for retaining existing customers, developing relationships, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and achieving retention targets. The role also involves analyzing customer data to recommend improvements and tracking performance metrics.
