About The Role
Role Overview:
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Administrator to be a key part of our team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for providing administrative, operational, and strategic support, working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Administrator to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.
Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
* Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation accurately and on time.
* Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and dashboards for the sales team.

Monitor and track account activities, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure performance standards are met.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, project management, service delivery, and service) to ensure timely communications.
Sales Service Support:
* Contribute to service documentation: asset lists, service catalogues, and ongoing service activities.
