About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions and services. This is a high-impact role focused on both new business development and account expansion, ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and understands the value of digital transformation.

Our client are a renowned and well reputed Microsoft Partner who specialise in Dynamics 365 services and solutions. Having been in the market for over 20 years, they are well established and are a leader in both ERP and CRM/CE solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Identify and engage new clients across various industries with CRM transformation needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to client pain points.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to scope solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to expand service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM developments and industry trends.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience selling Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions and services.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and CRM capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and account growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
