As a Sales Supervisor based in Coventry (CV1 4DW) , you’ll be responsible for: Supporting the Branch Manager   with the daily operations and overall running of the branch.

Building strong relationships   with customers and suppliers, handling enquiries efficiently and processing sales.

Taking a proactive approach   to identify and drive opportunities for branch growth.

Leading the team and motivating them   to meet and exceed all branch KPIs and performance targets.

Collaborating effectively   with customers and the wider Wolseley network to uncover and act on business development opportunities.

This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week, hours will vary Monday – Friday between 7am – 5pm along with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 12pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: Experience in   sales or customer service role, with a passion for helping customers.

Plumbing and heating industry or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Good communication skills   and strong attention to detail.

Experience   supervising or supporting a team
