What you'll be doing:
You'll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring customers receive top-notch service. Your day-to-day will include:
Handling inbound customer calls and emails Processing and managing customer orders on the internal system Taking care of account administration, raising credits, arranging same-day deliveries, and managing courier information Investigating and resolving delivery issues quickly and efficiently Coordinating freight and shipping arrangements with precision and care
