The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for administration functions connected to Funded, Private NVQ and Commercial Courses.
We are proud to be nationally recognised as one of the UK’s largest private training providers. We are currently recruiting for a highly organised, qualified Sales Support Administrator to join our existing team.
The successful candidate will undertake the following main Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with the Sales Team to ensure all system records, Leads and Sales Opportunities are complete, updated and accurate
Responsible for booking training with 3rd party training providers via email and online portal/platforms
Ensuring all confirmed bookings are updated on company CRM system
Responsible for sending out delegate joining instructions in an accurate and timely manner
Responsible for chasing paperwork eg. Delegate registration and results forms from 3rd party training providers
Ensuring the timely distribution of delegate certificates to our clients
Chase overdue and outstanding certificates with training providers
Processing grant claims on CITB online platform
Answering and resolving incoming internal/external customer queries via phone & email
Notifying awarding bodies of upcoming course schedule
Ensure CRM system is updated with changes to courses, dates, delegate attendees, cancellations etc
