Key Responsibilities: As the Sales Support Administrator, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the sales processes run smoothly.

Create and manage sales opportunities in collaboration with the Key Account Managers (KAMs). Prepare and send quotations to clients promptly and accurately, ensuring quality service. Generate programming and engineer request tickets where required to keep projects on track. Liaise with the procurement team to adjust and confirm order details efficiently. Respond to customer enquiries on behalf of the Account Managers when they are unavailable. Assist with follow-ups and enquiry tickets for key account clients, providing excellent customer support. Arrange collections and deliveries as required to meet client needs. Coordinate with the service team for consistent and timely fulfilment of requests.
