This position is critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience from lead qualification through to order management and beyond. Youll be preparing detailed quotations and proposals, processing service and equipment orders, and acting as a key point of contact for commercial documentation and CRM accuracy. Youll also liaise with channel partners and internal departments to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day pre- and post-sales support for the global sales team.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for configured systems, software, and fee-based services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for non-standard quotations to ensure scope and accuracy.
- Enter and process orders from customers and partners into the ERP system.
- Communicate order status updates to internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with export requirements in partnership with Operations.
- Monitor sources (websites, RFQ boards, notifications) for new sales opportunities.
- Maintain CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) ensuring data integrity and current opportunity status.
- Respond to customer requests for commercial documents (insurance, compliance, legal, etc.).
- Support lead qualification from marketing events, website inquiries, and other channels.
- Assist with supplier registration processes and documentation submissions.
- Participate in Sales Operations projects and process improvements.
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales Support or Sales Operations role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritise competing tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience working in a global or multi-lingual business environment.
- Fluency in an additional language.
- This is an office-based role with no travel required.
- The role involves typical desk-based activities such as working on a computer, using a phone, reading, and producing documents.
