CONTRACT TYPE: Part-time / Fixed-term Contract (12 months)

DEPARTMENT: BBC Studios – Global Markets

LOCATION: London, Television Centre - Hybrid

PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £25,500 – £28,500 + London Weighting (£5,441) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role supports the BBC Studios Sales team in maximising revenue across CEEMA territories by providing essential administrative and strategic support throughout the sales process. You’ll help manage client relationships, pitch world-class BBC content, and identify new business opportunities. This position blends commercial insight, rights management, and market analysis to expand BBC’s global reach.

Your Key Responsibilities And Impact

Sales Deal Support: Provide end-to-end administrative support for content sales deals across CEEMA and K&F, ensuring smooth coordination from pitch to post-sale delivery.
Market Insight & Analytics: Gather and analyse market data, client demographics, and competitor insights to inform sales strategies and support compelling pitch development.
Client & Marketing Coordination: Distribute marketing materials, prepare tailored presentations, and liaise with clients and internal teams to support sales campaigns and brand visibility.
Systems & Process Management: Ensure clients are configured in sales systems, maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting, and act as a ‘super user’ for internal tools.
Team & Administrative Support: Manage diaries, organise meetings and travel, maintain records, and provide general administrative support to the sales team and wider business.

Essential Criteria

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organisational and administrative skills
Detail-oriented team player with excellent communication across all seniority levels
Approachable self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Experienced in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Passionate about TV content and sales

Desired But Not Required

Knowledge of Arabic or a CEE language
Knowledge of CEEMA markets
Ability to cope well under pressure in a busy sales environment.
