Sales Support Executive (12 Months FTC)

What You'll Be Doing We are looking for a commercially minded Direct Sales Support Executive to join our team on a 12-month FTC. This role can be based at either our Manchester or Birmingham offices. You will provide full pre- and post-sales service to the Direct Sales teams and clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed. Your duties may include:
Assisting Direct Sales teams and clients throughout the pre- and post-sales process, ensuring adherence to company procedures Aiding in planning customer campaigns using internal tools and systems Providing presentations and insights to support sales in creating compelling client recommendations Maintaining proactive communication with sales regarding campaign progress and task requests Responding directly to incoming agency briefs and requests Processing bookings according to company standards within specified timelines Managing any changes to campaigns before launch Coordinating customer artwork, design, print, and digital orders Ensuring timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries through all channels, including managing complaints Organising photography for requested campaigns Ensuring activities reflect the ‘knowledge, accuracy & efficiency' team pillars Working closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve and refine processes
What We Are Looking For
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong and empathetic communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver an exceptional standard of customer service High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data Adaptable and resilient, with a positive approach to change Collaborative team player with a proactive, "how can we" mindset Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
