At Daikin UK, were looking for an Internal Customer Account Developer to manage allocated accounts and drive sales performance by delivering timely and effective support. Youll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through the resolution of product-related queries, while working closely with our External Commercial Sales Teams to achieve shared goals.

As an Internal Customer Account Developer your role will be creating relationships with our Business Development Managers and customers.
You Will
- Build relationships and trust with customers to deliver a high-quality professional excellence in service to external customers and DAUK colleagues.
- Manage allocated existing accounts through the proactive ownership and timely resolution of all customer queries linked to product sales.
- Be the first point of support for customers and ownership of enquiry resolution, following up and communicating to the customer on all issues in a timely manner.
You will have previous customer service experience, with transferable skills suitable to the role.
We are looking for a team player, someone who is excellent at relationship building. You need to be willing to pick up the phone and talk to customers, within this role you will have the opportunity to be part of the evolution of our customer service journey.
Your Interview Journey
Interview 1: Introduction and Exploration Call
With: Your Daikin Recruitment Business Partner
Purpose: For you to get the lowdown on Daikin; who we are, what we do, and what makes us tick. It also provides us with an opportunity to understand your experiences, motivations, and personality.
Interview 2: Formal Interview
With: Hiring Manager
Purpose: A detailed discussion to explore your work experience and delve into Daikin's operations, focusing on the specifics of the role.
