Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedSales Support Executiveto join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to the sales function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a professional and seamless experience for our customers.
You will work closely with the sales team to assist with administrative tasks, maintain accurate CRM records, and manage customer orders for both LOF and plann:d. You will also help prepare tailored proposals, respond to incoming enquiries, and maintain ongoing communication with both new and existing clients.
This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Support: Assist with sales operations, including preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and supporting daily tasks.
- CRM Administration: Accurately input and maintain customer and sales data, including leads, contact details, and order statuses.
- Order Management: Raise and update customer orders, ensuring all order details are accurate, complete, and ready for processing.
- Proposal Preparation: Support the sales team by creating clear, professional, and tailored proposals for prospective clients.
- Inbound Sales Enquiries & Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media, and our eBay store, ensuring a great first impression.
- Post-Sales Support: Follow up on installations and orders to ensure customer satisfaction and manage any post-sale concerns.
- Outbound Communication: Maintain relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities, and support account development.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous contract furniture experience advantageous
- Proven inside sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritisation skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
