Join the Close Brothers Premium Finance Team, where you will provide support to the Sales Support team and field-based Sales Managers and their Brokers. Working as part of the Sales team, our ideal team member will have previous experience in maintaining relationships with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Completing renewals below £50k for all Field Sales Managers daily, proactively sending emails to brokers to confirm the loan renewal status.
- Working with the Field Sales Managers' unauthorised reports, reissuing Esigns to clients, emailing brokers copies of RACA’s where Esign is not available, liaising with different departments to minimise delays in loan authorisations.
- Issuing all of Sales' end-of-day figures and inbox statuses.
- Assisting the Sales Support team and covering for annual leave.
- Supporting Sales Support executives with Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports in line with month-end and ad-hoc reports.
- Proactively managing the Sales Support inbox, ensuring it is up to date and queries are answered or passed to relevant departments.
- Preparing comprehensive broker performance presentations, reports, and statistics. Analyzing performance trends to support broker meetings.
- Managing renewals below £50k.
- Overseeing the management of Credit Applications via OutSystems from end to end.
- Completing rate papers upon request and liaising with pricing teams.
- Preparing new broker setup packs in line with regulatory requirements.
- Acting as an escalation point for colleagues regarding contract queries.
General
- Maintaining service levels and SLAs.
- Replying to all emails within 24 hours (not necessarily completing the task).
- Actioning all emails within 48-72 hours, following up with other departments if needed.
- Answering the telephone promptly and ensuring coverage when away from the department.
- Utilizing all systems, e.g., Salesforce, daily with notes or actions.
