Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Support Executive based in Rotherham. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing sales reports, outbound calls and maintaining customer databases. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products and services to clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in sales support or similar administrative roles
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of the temporary fencing industry or manufacturing is a plus
