My clients are a highly successful family run company based in Blackpool and are seeking an organised, detail-focused Sales Support Lead to play a vital role in driving the success of their high-performing sales team.

The main purpose of the Sales Support Lead role is to enhance overall sales performance and customer satisfaction. The role will involve streamlining daily processes, facilitating communication between Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and delivering exceptional administrative support. Your contribution will directly enhance team performance and elevate the customer experience.

Duties will include:

Working alongside the Sales Managers/SNAM/NAM to support the customer base.

To administer work for all territories including the processing of sales orders in line with business demands.

Support with sample collation and other sales and marketing tools.

Attend trade shows where required.

Attend customer meetings when required.

To work with the Sales Managers to ensure that all customer specific data is available for all relevant departments.

Responsibility for after sales support, resolving issues by speaking directly to end customers (via phone and email).

Using internal data assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations such as new line forms, photo quotes and other retailer spreadsheets
