Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Support Representative based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will also involve supporting the sales process, from lead generation to order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate records of sales interactions and transactions.
