Role: Sales Support Specialist Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week) Salary: £16.48 per hour

If you have solid experience in the automotive industry  ideally within OEM or working for an automotive retailer  and understand the vehicle life cycle from start to finish, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Act as the main contact for all inbound Agent queries, resolving issues, identifying root causes, and highlighting training needs. Manage the process for raising and tracking internal tickets, fixing bugs, and testing new processes. Liaise between Agents and Finance House to resolve system or journey issues. Communicate any finance or process changes to Agents and assist with commission payments/reconciliations.
