Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Harrington Starr This is a newly created role in a scaling fintech. You’ll work directly with the Head of Sales and senior sales leadership to learn the products and sales processes with a comprehensive onboarding plan and a chance to step into more responsibility as you progress. What you’ll be doing
Owning late-stage deal support to keep high-value opportunities moving. Leading multiple RFPs (3–4 at a time) with an AI-powered response process. Coordinating with product, marketing and business development to deliver best-in-class proposals. Supporting the sales team with research, lead qualification and prospect engagement. Joining client site visits, consultant meetings and senior stakeholder conversations. Helping prepare materials for key industry events and supporting end-to-end client onboarding.
What they’re looking for
1–3 years’ sales support, sales ops, or junior commercial experience in fintech / financial services. RFP and deal support exposure highly desirable. STEM background a bonus, but not essential. Strong personality: able to prioritise, manage demands and push back when needed. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and external clients. Commercially minded, curious about financial services, technology and data. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint) and ideally CRM (MS Dynamics).
