Sales Support Specialist - Hybrid -Perm - London - £50,000 basic (£60k OTE uncapped)

Sales Support Specialist Role Overview:

Support the sales team by maintaining client relationships, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team in maintaining a clean and accurate, up-to-date pipeline of opportunities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding Purchase Orders timelines and vendor onboarding.
  • Maintain records of interactions with customers.
  • Process customer sales, ensuring all information/documentation is received from the customer and all details are correctly reflected in Salesforce.
  • Update customer records in Salesforce, correcting or amending existing data as required.
  • Provide feedback to the Sales Team on how deals are progressing and reassign deals back to the Sales Team when necessary.
  • Partner with the Account Manager to create and amend customer quotes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that legal and operational documentation is completed and shared with customers.
  • Create and maintain simple sales reports.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • 4 - 5 years experience in a sales support specialist / sales support administrator
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and the software industry beneficial.
  • Able to work in a hybrid role with Tuesday to Thursday in the central London office.
