  • Partner with Sales and Fund Management to deliver accurate, up-to-date client presentations.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of DDQs, RFPs, and pitch materials to tight deadlines.
  • Maintain and update consultant and investment manager databases.
  • Coordinate with the Market Intelligence team and act as main contact for the Fund Administrator.
    • 2) CRM Management
  • Confident Salesforce user — creating reports, dashboards, and managing Account Engagement campaigns.
  • Maintain client contact data, opportunities, and tasks in coordination with the Sales team.
  • Oversee client communications and marketing mailings via Salesforce.
    • 3) Marketing & Events
  • Support planning and execution of PITCH Fund events.
  • Assist in producing and updating marketing materials (factsheets, teasers, quarterly documentation, and website content).
    • 4) Administrative Support
  • Provide diary and administrative support to the Head of UK Sales and wider Sales team.
  • Manage internal and external meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expenses.
  • Support client communication and general office administration as required.
