Sales Team Lead - Up to £60K base + uncapped commission - London HQ - Remote SaaS experience required. Role Overview: We're working with a specialist SaaS company specialising in digital transport and logistics solutions. They offer a paperless platform to manage vehicle transport workflow from booking and dispatch to delivery. The platform allows companies to delegate jobs with ease, track progress, and also allows for analytics and invoicing. They simplify operations by reducing piles of paperwork into one unified system. We are on the hunt for the day-to-day lead for the UK team (HQ is in Australia). You will take charge in both managing team members, whilst managing key client accounts, including onboarding, solution adoption and long term partnerships. You will operate with the autonomy of a start-up but with the backing of an established global business. Responsibilities: Act as the key Account Manager for UK based accounts, building trusted long term relationships. Support delivery teams in managing timelines, and client expectations. Lead and support the development of the small UK team. Drive GTM activities in the UK, from prospecting to closing.
