The Role

As Sales Team Leader, you’ll be the catalyst for your team’s success. You’ll lead energising daily huddles, coach through role-play scenarios, and ensure KPIs are consistently met. Your leadership will shape a culture of excellence, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing development. The opportunities to progress are limitless. This position is anticipated to develop into a Head of Sales position to also oversee national filed sales and also have full P&L accountability.
