Work Location: Chelsea, London – fully onsite

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with some flexibility around start/finish times) Monday to Friday

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 (Depending on experience) + Company Bonuses and Benefits

Contract: Permanent


Our client is a UK family run manufacturer and supplier of high end bespoke interior design products with and office and showrooms in Chelsea, London. They design, supply, and fit bespoke products to their UK customer base, with plans for expansion regionally and globally.


They are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our client’s growing sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of new processes, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales performance. The Sales Manager will oversee both the sales and sales administration teams, ensuring consistent client care, effective team development, and disciplined use of our CRM system.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day implementation of new sales processes and ensure consistent adoption across the team.
  • Manage pre-delivery client care issues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Oversee employee development by ensuring training structures and processes are followed.
  • Ensure discipline and best practice in CRM usage across the team.
  • Manage the sales administration team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Prepare and analyse sales team performance reports to support decision-making.
  • Oversee workload distribution, team handovers, and overall efficiency.
  • Update email templates and maintain resources to reflect process changes.
  • Act as the point of contact for external suppliers.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales team management.
  • Experience or knowledge of interior design products/furniture is an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience in selling/team management within high-end goods.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Experience in managing team KPIs, targets, and objectives
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to compliment an agile business environment
  • Immaculate communication skills are essential
  • Strong problem solving skills with an ability to take ownership of customer issues or complaint, and come up with action plans to handle and resolve customer issues
  • Confident with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot or a similar CRM)and sales processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on management.
