Our client, a leading online agency, is currently seeking an experienced property professional to join their team as a Sales Valuer on a self-employed basis.

The main requirements for this role include experience in the property industry, carrying out property valuations, understanding the market, and delivering a high level of service. Working hours:

• This is a home-based role, but full-time hours are required.

Salary/Package for the successful Sales Valuer:

• Commission-only with realistic on-target earnings of £50,000 – £60,000 in Year 1.
• A 3-month guarantee/retainer.

The Sales Valuer duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing accurate market valuations based on data and comparable sales.
• Acting as a brand ambassador in an allocated territory and building business.
• Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market.
• Engaging and supporting customers throughout their journey.
• Building relationships and being the customer's key contact during the sales process.
• Coordinating with the support team to achieve successful sales.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Excellent knowledge of the property market and trends.
• Ability and willingness to work self-employed.
• A full driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• A strong desire to succeed and grow your own business.
• Passion and enthusiasm.
• Valuation experience at a Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator/Valuer level.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
