My client, an established Online Estate Agency, is currently seeking experienced property professionals to join their team and benefit from a home-based role, in addition to an uncapped OTE!

Due to the high volume of valuation requests, my client is looking for a Sales Valuer in the Sutton Coldfield area.

They prefer someone with local knowledge, experience in property valuations, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Working hours:

• This is a home-based, full-time role.

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

• Competitive OTE of £30,000 - £60,000
• Comprehensive training program

• Lead generation and some business development support
• Strong knowledge of the property market and trends
• Self-employed basis
• Full driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Drive to succeed and grow your own business
• Passion and enthusiasm for property
• Valuation experience at Branch Manager or Senior Valuer level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Main Duties of a Sales Valuer:

• Provide accurate market valuations based on data and comparable sales
• Build and develop your territory and client base
• Demonstrate excellent local market knowledge
• Support and guide customers throughout their journey
• Establish and maintain relationships as the primary contact
• Coordinate with support teams to facilitate successful sales
