Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst for a dynamic opportunity with Spotify's Ad Sales team in London, reporting to the Head of Revenue Management & Forecasting. This role drives revenue growth through strategic data analysis and sales process optimization. Key stakeholders include sales and financial leadership, and the opportunity to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Identify business trends and recommend data-driven revenue growth strategies by coordinating with Sales Analytics to build dashboards and deliver weekly sales insights, including revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, seller performance, and win rate tracking.
- Support global projects to standardize and automate revenue processes by engaging with sales leadership to gather feedback, drive continuous improvement, and challenge workflows to increase sales team efficiency.
- Manage quarterly and annual planning processes, including quota allocation, territory management, and commissions for global sales teams.
- Own reporting on and advising the weekly regional and global sales forecast. Develop predictive models using historical trends and external factors such as economic conditions.
Who You Are
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- At least 5+ years of digital media experience in an analytical role; experience in sales operations or sales commissions is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau or equivalent BI tools, Salesforce CRM, and sales forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative; ability to interpret data, determine trends, and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and proactively challenge and improve processes.
Where You'll Be
- This role is based in London or New York.
- Flexible working arrangement with some travel and in-person engagements, typically 1-2 days in the office per week.
The US base salary range for this position is $89,000 - $127,143, plus equity. Benefits include health insurance, parental leave, 401(k), meal allowance, paid time off, and holidays. Salary ranges may be updated in the future.
