About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented

Senior Associate - Credit Administration

to join our Wholesale Banking division in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the effective management of loan portfolios, support compliance reporting, and ensure operational accuracy across bilateral credit, syndication, and retail lending accounts. As part of the Credit Administration team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of loan data, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting smooth end-to-end processing of credit-related transactions. Key Responsibilities

Administer bilateral, syndication, and retail loan accounts, including drawdowns, rollovers, interest servicing, and repayments

Maintain accurate loan files, working diaries, and transaction records using

Finacle

Process transactions and updates in core banking systems, ensuring timely and accurate entries

Liaise with internal departments (Credit, Treasury, Operations, Accounts) and external agents, solicitors, and vendors to coordinate account activity

Handle back-office functions such as diarising repayments, updating CRM/eFO/EDMS systems, and preparing account statements

Manage reporting requirements, including periodic submissions to internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies

Oversee the administration of

Bank Guarantees

Respond effectively to internal and external audit queries

Provide cover and support across the Credit Admin team when required

Key Requirements

Prior experience in credit administration or banking operations, ideally in loans and advances

Proficiency in

Finacle

core banking system

Strong command of

Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail

Professional, calm, and composed approach, especially under pressure

Desirable Attributes

Experience with CRM systems, eFO, or EDMS platforms

Familiarity with regulatory and audit compliance processes

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
