Overview

Senior Business Development Manager Modular Rental and Sales – South East of England. The role focuses on sales and rental of high-quality modular buildings and products across the South East. The company is a well-established leader in Modular Buildings and Off-Site Construction, with a strong product range and growth trajectory.

Location: South East of England. Package: Industry leading salary and package, car allowance, pension, health insurance, life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and rental activities for the company’s modular buildings and products across the South East of England.
• Manage and collaborate with 2 Salespeople who will assist with appointments and initial enquiries.
• Generate enquiries, ensure timely enquiry responses, and develop relationships with new and repeat clients.
• Monitor and achieve targets for EBITDA, rental agreements (12 months or longer), and overall business secured.
• Support career progression and contribute to continued growth of the business in a dynamic market.

Qualifications and requirements

• Proven track record of rental or sales within the Modular Buildings industry, across the South East of England.
• Experience across sectors such as Health, Education, Aviation, MOD, Commercial and Private sectors is advantageous.
• Trustworthy, with integrity, confident, and able to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
• Deep industry knowledge, willingness to learn, strong technical capability, drive, and ambition.
• Ambitious self-starter capable of seizing opportunities in a growth-focused environment.
