Senior Commercial Sales Manager - Events & Sponsorship, Wimbledon (Hybrid/Flexible) | £35,000-£42,000 base + commission (higher base considered for the right candidate)Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and reaching meaningful targets? Take ownership of sponsorship sales for a major manufacturing event series that welcomes over 13,500 delegates and 450 sponsors each year.Responsibilities:Managing sponsorship sales across four key shows held in June.Looking after clients across the UK, US & EU - with your own designated portfolio.Proactively generating new business through outbound telephone calls and managing warm inbound leads.Meeting clients in person and maintaining positive relationships.Identifying new sales opportunities, including cross-selling with a digital manufacturing publication.Meeting an annual revenue target of around £330K in sponsorship sales.Requirements:Experience in B2B sales, ideally within events or exhibitions.Comfortable making proactive outbound telephone calls.Confident in building rapport with clients face-to-face.Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth areas.Motivated to contribute from day one and adaptable to a fast-moving environment.What We Offer:Flexible hybrid working with understanding around family commitments.Based in Wimbledon with plans to move to a new office next year.Join a supportive sales team led by an experienced Director of Sales.We Are Aspire Ltd are a committed employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
