We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Development to lead and scale our outbound sales efforts in EMEA. As one of Webflow’s first Sales hires in the UK and an inaugural member of our London office, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our presence in the UK and Ireland as we expand throughout the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy from the ground up. As a sales leader in our London office, you will help shape an inclusive, collaborative, and high performance culture. In this role, you’ll build a high-performing and diverse outbound SDR team, build and scale outbound strategies that generate high-quality pipeline, and in partnership with HQ leadership, own regional cross-functional relationships with Sales and Marketing.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in the London market. We've structured the pay range to be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- Reporting to the Director, Sales Development
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a team of outbound sales development representatives
- Coach team on identifying high-potential customers and personalized messaging that delivers qualified pipeline to our Enterprise and Corporate sales teams
- Foster a culture of coaching (call shadowing, mock role plays, etc.) in order to ramp new reps and continue building their sales acumen and Webflow value knowledge set throughout their tenure as an SDR
- Ensure the team efficiently and effectively prospects outbound focus accounts, leveraging marketing resources and inbound signals to influence messaging
- Drive accountability of team daily/weekly metrics, while always striving to meet stretch goals
- Effectively report on your business and forecast weekly against monthly/quarterly goals
- Own your business and identify opportunities for process standardization; establishing local best practices for outbound prospecting and SDR workflow
- Own the relationship with local Sales Managers, Account Executives and regional Marketing partners to ensure meeting Quality/Quantity, proper SQL follow-up and overall pipeline success is achieved in the region
- Quickly, decisively and independently take action to problem solve and drive team towards monthly/quarterly goals
- Work with with the People Team and cross-functional leaders to create strong paths for career advancement within Sales, as well as to roles within other areas of the business
- Be in office 3 days per week with your team to foster an energized, coaching-focused, collaborative environment.
About You
You’ll thrive as a Senior Manager, Sales Development if you:
- Have 2+ years of Sales Development leadership experience
- Possess a strong belief that sales is done on the phone, and supported by other channels of outreach
- Have experience owning cross-functional relationships with Marketing and Enterprise Sales on content, talk tracks, execution and lead optimization.
- Have ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously, making decisions and taking actions that align with global priorities
- Have extensive experience hiring, onboarding, and continuously developing direct reports that are early in their sales careers
- Have experience working with Salesforce.com, marketing/sales automation platforms (ie Outreach or Salesloft) and the next wave of AI driven sales development tools. Ideally, have experience driving positive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
- Have experience in an outbound closing role yourself
- Possess a passion around developing people, are comfortable giving feedback and strive to have a high-performing, energized team
