In our exciting new role of Senior Property Sales Executive, you’ll lead from the front, guiding customers and our colleagues as the go-to expert in everything from shared ownership to staircasing, tenant sales and retirement sales. You’ll be our expert, coach, and fixer, helping us hit our targets while delivering an experience customers say is “outstanding.”

Typical day as Senior Property Sales Executive ( know as Statutory Sales internally)
- Leading and guiding a small team of Sales Executives and Assistants, supporting complex cases and helping your team to build their confidence and knowledge through regular coaching.
- Managing and driving the end-to-end sales process, making sure every transaction is smooth, compliant, and leaves customers feeling supported as they take the big step towards owning their home.
- Writing and reviewing sales listings, materials, digital content and campaigns to make sure they’re accurate, engaging, customer-friendly, and land on time.
- Keeping trackers, forecasts and performance data updated so we stay on track, spot risks early and ensure sales transactions run smoothly.
- Championing smarter ways of working, helping us use digital tools like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to save time and deliver great service.
- Representing our statutory sales team at events and meetings, bringing our work to life and showing how we help customers and communities thrive.

You have
- Experience in end-to-end tenant sales, property sales progression, including staircasing, resales, assignments and retirement sales, ideally within affordable home ownership.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end sales campaigns and improving customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Good working knowledge of compliance standards, relevant regulations and affordable housing rules.
- Excellent reporting and data management skills, with expertise in maintaining accurate sales records and using Customer Relationship Management tools like Salesforce. Able to interpret sales data to generate insights that drive performance improvements.
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and coach colleagues and deliver high performance. Previous leadership experience, either in a formal role or through mentoring and coaching others.
- Prospecting and lead generation, nurturing experience in sales activity planning and organisation skills.

Job details
- 37.5 hours per week. You’ll manage your own diary.
- This is a hybrid role and you’ll spend a minimum of two days in the office, others working at home or across our property locations where required.
- Able to use technology for keeping accurate records, online advertising and marketing, producing reports and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- A full current driving licence as you’ll travel around a regional property portfolio and will cover your mileage to do that.
