  • Negotiation & Offer Management – Close deals that benefit everyone
  • Brand Building – Be visible and active in your vertical


Who You Are:


  • An experienced Recruitment Consultant (perm or contract)
  • Confident building and managing your own desk
  • Strong communicator with a commercial mindset
  • Naturally target-driven, ambitious, and motivated to earn
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
