Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Sales Account Executive who can engage senior decision-makers, navigate complex buying cycles, and successfully close high-value enterprise (AI/Data/CX/SaaS) agreements across UKI & Europe.

This is a growth-focused role: ideal for someone who builds new businesses, develops long-term client partnerships, and contributes directly to sales’ s expansion in the region.


What You’ll Do

•Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, in enterprise accounts.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, and partners across banking, insurance, telecom, government, energy, and other sectors.

•Drive complex solution sales with multiple decision-makers, partners and extended timelines.

•Consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue and growth objectives.

•Represent as a trusted advisor and thought leader on AI innovation in the region.


What We’re Looking For

•8–12+ years of enterprise software sales experience (AI, CX, SaaS, automation, cloud).

•A record of successfully managing and closing large, multi-stakeholder deals in the UKI and Europe region.

•The ability to influence and collaborate effectively with C-suite executives and senior government leaders.

•Established industry relationships in at least one priority sector (banking & financial services, media & telecom, retail & cpg, government, energy & utilities).

•Based in London, with willingness to travel regionally as needed.
