Job Title: Senior Sales Account Manager – Ports, Infrastructure and Environment

Contract Type: Permanent

Flexibility: This is a full time role.

Location: In terms of location, this role can be based anywhere in the UK. Offices are in Bath, Bristol, London, Southampton, Glasgow, Leeds & Plymouth. The role involves working 2 days a week from an office and flexible/hybrid arrangements are considered. Travel within the UK and overseas will be required.

About The Role

We seek a Senior Sales Account Manager to grow our presence in the Ports, Infrastructure, and Environment sectors across the UK and EU. You will lead sales activities, build pipelines, and support strategic growth, working closely with various teams and representing BMT at events.

Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, supporting market development, identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders, contributing to product development, and attending events.

About You

Ideal candidates will have experience in maritime business development or sales, understanding procurement processes, market trends, and network building. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential.

Preferred qualifications include a degree in business or engineering, knowledge of Shipley processes, and experience in product lifecycle development.
