We're partnering with a market-leading, reputable supplier who is ahead of the curve in terms of technology and delivers trend-driven fashion and high-performance product to UK high street retailers, e-tailers and supermarkets. We're seeking a Sales Account Manager who lives and breathes product, can speak the language of Buyers, and has a proven record of growing live accounts while opening new doors. You'll translate catwalk insights into ranges that sell, building lasting partnerships season after season. Main Responsibilities will include: Own and grow a portfolio of UK fashion accounts, with quarterly plans to drive sales, margin and sell-through. Prospect and convert new business across high street, supermarkets and pure-play e-commerce. Build trusted relationships with Buyers and Merchandisers, becoming the go-to partner for ideas, speed and value. Lead showroom and range showings, working closely with Design and Tech. Help identify, secure and set up a London showroom. Negotiate costings, terms and MOQ; manage forecasts, OTB discussions and the critical path through to on-time delivery. Track weekly performance, using sell-through and returns data to optimise repeats, chase in-season wins and mitigate risk. Represent the business at customer meetings, showrooms and trade events; regular UK travel required. Person specification: Supplier or wholesale account manager with active UK fashion retail relationships. Proven door-opener and account grower with strong negotiation skills. Product-credible across fashion and performance, confident on fabric, fit, function and value. Data-literate and organised, comfortable with forecasting, margin builds and critical path. Polished presenter and natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast, design-led environment.
