Senior Sales Compensation AnalystOverviewThe Senior Sales Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in the sales compensation process and will report to the Director, Sales Compensation. The role owns sales compensation calculations, validation, analysis, and support to enable consistent, timely, and accurate commission payments for one or more revenue centers. It identifies administrative process improvements and works cross‑functionally with associates on plans. This hybrid role is based in London (2‑3 days per week).What You’ll AchieveOwn sales compensation calculations, including validation and analysis for one or more revenue centers.Manage the sales compensation plan implementation in Xactly, including UAT (test scripts, logging defects, etc.).Ensure accurate distribution of sales plans in Xactly, tracking target incentives, statements, and document status.Maintain participant eligibility and access in Xactly.Submit incentive compensation payment amounts to payroll, ensuring commissions are calculated on time and accurately.Drive issue resolution for escalated questions on plan design, metrics, and policies.Support audit processes, ensuring completeness and review.Develop and implement sales compensation policies with Finance, Legal, HR, Sales Operations, and Client Services.Collaborate on integration of sales programs, accruals, and other initiatives.Provide ad‑hoc requests and insights to internal customers for decision‑making.Lead process improvement projects to completion.Create training, presentation, and other materials for compensation program rollouts.Serve as subject‑matter expert on compensation calculations and escalation.Share best practices with other analysts.Who You Are4-6 years’ experience in sales compensation.Experience in sales compensation development and administration.Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative major.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent time‑management and ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PowerPoint, advanced formulas, scenario, and statistical analysis).Experience with incentive compensation automation tools, particularly Xactly, is a plus.We are an equal‑opportunity employer.
