Senior Sales Development Representative – SaaS | Birmingham | Hybrid | Up to £35,000 + Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and social channels
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategy
  • Supporting junior SDRs and contributing to team development
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and reporting on pipeline progress

  • Proven experience in an SDR or BDR role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
