Head / Senior Sales Enablement – B2Broker


About the Role

B2Broker seeks a proactive, hands-on Senior Sales Enablement professional to drive sales training, content development, and process enablement initiatives. This role focuses on delivering impactful programs that accelerate ramp-up time, improve sales effectiveness, and align sellers with B2Broker’s product positioning and competitive advantages.

Working closely with Sales Leadership, the C-Suite, and cross-functional partners, the Senior Sales Enablement lead will own day-to-day enablement activities, ensure adoption of tools and methodologies, and refine programs based on feedback and performance data.


Key Responsibilities

● Partner with leadership to design and deliver sales training on product knowledge, positioning, competitive differentiation, and methodologies.

● Build and manage onboarding and continuous learning programs to accelerate time-to-productivity and strengthen selling skills.

● Collaborate to design and embed a unified sales process, addressing skill gaps to improve pipeline health, qualification, and deal progression.

● Develop and maintain high-impact enablement content and drive adoption of sales tools and technologies.

● Define, track, and report on enablement KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

● Lead change management for adoption of new tools and processes across the sales organization.

● Identify sales talent development opportunities and contribute to building a high-performing enablement function.

● Gather competitive and market intelligence to inform sales messaging and training content.

● Manage enablement budget and evaluate external vendors and platforms.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Reduction in new hire ramp time and time to first deal.

● Training completion and certification rates.

● Adoption rate of sales processes and enablement content.

● Improvements in pipeline quality, win rates, and deal velocity.

● Increase in quota attainment and overall sales performance.

● 360 Learning or equivalent


Qualifications

● Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Excellence, or related roles, ideally within a fast-paced B2B environment.

● Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies (particularly SPICED, but can also be others such as MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger, SPIN, ), and pipeline management best practices.

● Excellent skills in training, coaching, and instructional design.

● Ability to simplify complex product and market information into compelling value propositions.

● Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.

● Minimum 5 years experience
