McBride Sport is proud to be working exclusively with a prestigious elite sports organisation to appoint a talented Partnership, Sponsorship & Hospitality Senior Sales Executive. This is a rare opportunity to join a commercially ambitious and globally recognised sporting brand — based in Yorkshire, at the heart of elite performance and world-class fan engagement. In this role, you will:
- Drive new revenue through the sale of commercial partnerships, sponsorship packages, and premium hospitality
- Identify and pitch to prospective partners, agencies, and brands across key sectors
- Help shape compelling propositions that align with the organisation’s reputation, values, and audience
- Work alongside high-performing teams across commercial, marketing, and fan experience
We’re looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven professional with proven experience in sales of sponsorship, partnerships, or hospitality, ideally within sport, entertainment, or media. This will be coupled with a natural flair for building rapport and developing long-term client relationships along with strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset. A passion for sport and an appreciation of brand value and audience engagement would be preferred as well as previous experience and understanding or working for an elite sports organoiron.
