Salary: Up to £35,000-£45,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000-£55,000+)

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll identify and convert new business opportunities, pitch event packages, and manage relationships with an international client base. You’ll take a consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored event solutions.
