Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to and working alongside Senior Account Managers, you’ll be the first point of contact for nearly all new customers. The role is fast-paced, rewarding, and involves:
- Engaging with channels like phone, email, and social media to generate meetings.
- Creating innovative outreach strategies to break through the noise.
- Handling mainly outbound calls, with some warm leads from inbound marketing.
- Using and eventually customizing the sales playbook to develop your prospecting skills.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Your Qualities, Skills & Experience include:
- A reference from a former sales manager.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
- At least 1 year of outbound SaaS sales experience.
- A fearless phone mentality, making numerous calls daily.
Desired qualities include:
- High energy levels.
- Strong curiosity and love of learning.
- Coachable with openness to feedback.
- Comfort with role-playing and self-development.
Bonus points for experience with:
- Using Intercom.
- Utilizing personas in sales.
