Senior Sales Executive (EMEA) – Fintech Solutions


Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £70 -90,000 base + Uncapped Commission

Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re working with a global fintech organisation that provides cutting-edge software and managed services to the financial services industry. They partner with leading banks, asset managers, insurers, and payment providers worldwide — helping them digitise operations, drive efficiency, and stay ahead in an evolving market.


With a strong presence across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, this is an established, high-performing business that continues to innovate using AI and automation across its product suite.

They’re now looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join their London team — someone who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and driving revenue growth across the UK and Netherlands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across target financial institutions.
  • Manage and expand existing client relationships through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
  • Conduct detailed market research and prospecting to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations with support from the presales team.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation through to negotiation and close.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Represent the business at key industry events and conferences.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding B2B sales targets.
  • Experience selling complex technology, SaaS, or fintech solutions into financial institutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A consultative approach and the ability to build long-term client partnerships.
  • Highly motivated, commercially minded, and driven to succeed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
