Location: South London Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 OTE (including competitive basic DOE + uncapped commission & car allowance) ⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 6pm (with some Saturdays on rotation DOE)

This is a high-volume, top-3 market office with a strong reputation and a consistently high number of instructions and completions. You’ll be stepping into a well-structured team with excellent leads, a solid stock list, and the backing of an established brand name.
Key Responsibilities: Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions – a core part of this role. Driving stock levels and ensuring the office maintains a leading market share.
