Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and driven Senior Sales Operations Analyst to optimize our processes, tech stack and analytics with a focus on Territory Management. Your work will ensure our go-to-market teams— SDRs, direct sales, partner channel, solutions engineers, customer success —operate efficiently, equitably, and with clear insights into performance.
You will transform data into actionable recommendations, helping leadership make informed decisions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Territory Management:
Design and maintain sales territories that balance capacity, revenue opportunity, and strategic priorities across product lines and channels
Partner with sales and channel leadership to optimize territory structures and assignments based on performance to drive efficiency and growth
Develop and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of sales processes, territory rules, partner policies and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
Own and maintain our Quota models, and assess impact of initiatives
Continuous process and tech stack improvement:
Proactively identify gaps in processes, suggest improvements and lead the implementation including liaising with technical teams, Sales, Finance, Legal to deliver gain in productivity and revenue growth
Monitor Account and Opportunity assignment compliance to rules to ensure compensation is calculated accurately every month
Evaluate new technologies and data sources to enhance data quality and actionability
Data-Driven Storytelling & Insights:
Proactively analyse sales and partner data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance revenue performance and team productivity
Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems
Effective communicator who can break down complex technical concepts into simple terms for various stakeholders
Strong business acumen and understanding of direct and partner-driven sales models
Must be able to lawfully work within the country of employment and have unrestricted work authorization for that country.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Salesforce
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Experience managing territories and quotas in a complex sales environment
Experience managing RevOps tech stack including data enrichment, prospecting outreach, conversation intelligence and intent
Please note this is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our office.
